Useless scenes and subplots are sprinkled throughout, especially during the college portions of the film. The story is extremely formulaic and not really gripping in any way.
Problem is, everything that made the first film so decent is basically gone here. “Control Points” features gameplay with teams battling for control of specific areas to gain points.I'll start by saying this film has FANTASTIC action sequences, better than the first even. “Team Deathmatch” features Autobots vs Decepticons. “Deathmatch” allows players to choose any character in a free-for-all battle. Multiplayer features five different modes. This allows the player to choose what missions they would like to accomplish and where in order to further drive the story. Unlike its predecessor, Revenge of the Fallen features a hub-like, non-linear mission progression. The game expands on the movie plot with additional missions and characters. GameplayĪs with Transformers: The Game, Revenge of the Fallen features two separate campaigns one depicting the actions of the Autobots, and the other the actions of the Decepticons.
Playing as both the Autobots and Decepticons, players are propelled into an adrenaline-pumping battle for supremacy across the globe where every second and every choice makes the difference between mankind’s salvation and annihilation.
Based on Hasbro’s legendary Transformers property, the game takes players on an action-packed journey that follows a similar storyline to that of the highly anticipated blockbuster film. The fate of the earth and the survival of the human race hang in the balance in TransformersT: Revenge of the Fallen for the PSP.
